Painting: Digital & Watercolor

I picked up digital painting as my quarantine hobby. It's something that I always wanted to do but didn't because it didn't directly benefit my career. Finally, it clicked that personal fulfillment and enjoyment were reasons enough, so I signed up for a few classes at Schoolism and have been painting every day since December 2020. In January 2021, I set a goal to paint 100 paintings in the next year, which felt achievable but would still be hard to pull off. It meant I needed to paint two finished paintings per week, and when I set the goal, it took me almost one and a half weeks to do one image. I figured I would surely get faster if I kept at it, but I would still be playing catch up at some point. It's June and I'm already in the 80s! I'll be setting a new goal soon. I'm so glad I decided to jump into this and wanted to share.
